PEOPLE ALONG MY PATH IN 2011

My sister, Sandy and my nephew, Shanan  are having a moment at the Elfin Forest near Morro Bay, Ca. Shanan who was doing a major remodel on a home in Cayucus when Sandy and I stopped to visit him.
Sahnan became our tour agent of the area: The Elfin Forest, Montana De Oro State Park, of course The Rock, as well as the touristy town of Cambria are wonderful memories.

Just one of the  Writing Workshops I performed at the Escapade RV Rally in Gillette Wyoming. These are the students who inspired the teacher and encouraged me along the Road of  Writing.

My friend and unpaid editor, Vicki Andreotti and her Min Pin, Tika are demonstrating the doggie self wash in Buffalo, Wyoming. The business was partnered with a car wash, an RV wash, and laundromat. What an enterprise.
We traveled through the summer, as we caravaned across Wyoming, into South Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and finally parting ways in Laughlin, Nevada. We created lasting memories and a solid friendship.

I

My  65th birthday at Red Robin with my employees earned me the paper napkin rose in my hand. It was crafted by the 30 year old manager that now as  an o official senior,  I had the liberty to  flirt with. At the age of 65 I am  no longer pathetic but just  a cute old lady.

Only a small sampling of the Shanty Shakers, an Escapee Chapter out of San Diego, Calif. We are enjoying happy hour in Gillette, Wyoming before we all head out to dinner. Of all places , after traveling over 1200 miles, we had dinner that night at Kentucky Fried Chicken. The food was great and the price was right!

Our trip to the Wellbourn Gourd Farm.
This was so much fun. Decorating our gourds.
